Stanford Prison Experiment & Milgram Shock Experiment

              

                                           

Va invit sa vedeti aceste 2 filmulete, rezumandu-le astfel:

"Cel mai mult rău din lume nu provine din motive rele ....... ci atunci cand o persoană gandeste:

- "Eu nu sunt personal responsabil ",

- "Eu nu voi fi tras la raspundere",

- "Este rolul care-l joc (eu joc un rol) " 
- "Acestea sunt ordinele pe care le-am primit"
  atunci isi permite sa faca lucruri pe care nu le-ar face în condiţii normale.

- Rolurile definesc comportamentul.
- Pune un om bun într-o situaţie rea, şi acea persoana  va deveni rea.
- Orice situaţie care vă face să fiti anonim şi va dă permisiunea sa fiti agresiv va scoate fiara din majoritatea oamenilor
- Elevi buni, obişnuiţi, de colegiu, de bună voie au devenit tortionari sadici, pur şi simplu pentru că li s-au dat permisiunea, mijloacele, şi stiau ca se asteapta ca ei sa se comporte astfel.

- Un subiect care nu are nici capacitatea, nici expertiza de a lua decizii, mai ales într-o criză, va lasa luarea deciziilor in seama grupului si a superiorului sau. Grupul este modelul comportamental al persoanei.
- Esenta  obidientei constă în faptul că o persoană incepe a se vedea ca instrument pentru realizarea dorintelor altei persoane, şi prin urmare, nu se mai vede ca fiind responsabil pentru acţiunile sale.

Daca un subiect isi manifesta in orice moment dorinta de a opri experimentul, i se spuneau o succesiune de fraze, in ordinea urmatoare:

1. Va rog continuati

2. Experimentul cere sa continuati

3. Este absolut esential sa continuati

4. Nu aveti alternativa, trebuie sa continuati.

 "Most of the evil in the world comes not out of the evil motives .......but  when a person feels:

- "I'm not personally responsible",

- " I'm not accountible",

- " It's the role I'm playing"  or

- " These are the orders I've gotten"

 then you allow yourself to do things you would never do under ordinary circumstances.

- Roles define your behaviour

- Put a good person into an evil situation, and that person will become evil.

- Any situation that makes you anonymous and gives permission for aggression will bring out the beast in most people

- Good, ordinary college students willingly became sadistic tormentors, simply because they were given the permission, the means, and the expectation of doing so.

- A subject who has neither ability nor expertise to make decisions, especially in a crisis, will leave decision making to the group and its hierarchy. The group is the person's behavioral model.

-  The essence of obedience consists in the fact that a person comes to view themselves as the instrument for carrying out another person's wishes, and they therefore no longer see themselves as responsible for their actions.

If at any time the subject indicated his desire to halt the experiment, he was given a succession of verbal prods by the experimenter, in this order:

1. Please continue.
2. The experiment requires that you continue.
3. It is absolutely essential that you continue.
4. You have no other choice, you must go on.
